PRO-SAN® Final Rinse is a highly concentrated institutional product for washing fruits/ vegetables. The product has been certified by the US Department of Agriculture for its 99.0% content of biobased material. It is recommended for use after washing fruits and vegetables with various cleaning and sanitizing agents. As the name suggests it is the final rinse in processing fruits and vegetables, salads and all other produce. It can be used in place of final water rinse as whenever final water rinse is required after the use of sanitizing products. Simple water final rinse of sanitized surfaces can result in recontamination. For use one ounce (29.57 mL) is diluted with water to make four gallons and can be easily dispensed with automatic meters. The product is exclusively made using only food grade GRAS ingredients approved by the FDA. The ready-to-use PRO-SAN® Final Rinse is colorless, odorless, biodegradable, shelf-stable, and free of animal products. The product is free of v.o.c.s (volatile organic compounds).(Free of v.o.c.s means pollution free breathing indoors & in enclosed spaces). PRO-SAN® Final Rinse does not react covalently with organic matter. It does not alter or destroy organic food by chemical oxidation. Unlike most oxidizing chemicals (bleach-hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, per-acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide & ozone) used on produce, PRO-SAN® Final Rinse leaves vitamins, phytochemicals and other nutrients of fresh fruits and vegetables in natural condition.
